We provide financial and valuation analytics, and market-driven intelligence on public and private companies and institutional portfolios. Using our data and the same analytical engines, we provide powerful decision support tools to corporate and institutional analysts and portfolio managers.

John Lafferty founded our firm in 1991. Mr. Lafferty was Chief Investment Officer at Stein Roe & Farnham. He has broad investment expertise gained from hands-on investment management of institutional portfolios and mutual funds. In addition, Mr. Lafferty is a leading developer of shareholder value concepts and online research and portfolio management tools.
